- CTCassandra TredwayNov 21, 20231.0My husband went to deposit some checks that he got from his insurance at work. They sent them to him because he had quit and found a new job. When he went to deposit them he was questioned if they were reprinted? If they’re were mailed? If they were real? And that they were going to be put on hold until further investigated. Questions that made him feel uncomfortable and made him feel down on himself because he was just depositing checks that were from his old job. He was doing nothing wrong but simply depositing checks. This may not have been a racial thing but to him it felt that way. They were not professional and we will not be going back to them. Ever.

Recently I opened a business account and the local staff walked me through the steps and it went smoothly. Like many, most of what I do with banking anymore is online or on the app, but the service in the branch is still top notch!
