    I came to the bank with a check from a title company following the closing of my house. It was a large sum of money. The teller looked at me like I was from Mars. Several ladies started scurrying around, and by the time they were done I was told that I would have to get in my car and drive to Lake City bank to get a cashier's check?! I didn't understand why and I didn't even know where lake city bank was located. I left in tears; found Lake City Bank and entered in tears. The people there couldn't have been nicer. The branch managered reassured me all would be ok. She called the title company to confirm the authenticity of the check. I left their branch with a cashier's check and was asked to please come back to talk with them. I returned l to Everwise with a $500,000+ check. They said the money would be available in five days I needed access to the money in two days! More scurrying took place, and I was told ever so sweetly they werd happy to do that!! The only thing keeping me from taking all of my money out of your bank is the pain in the nec it would be to set up new direct deposits accounts at a nes banking facility. I've been a customer for years under the names of Mary McNitt, Mary Herdman and Mary Conner. The day this all teanspired, was a very emotional one. I sold my house of seventeen years following the death of my husband. I did not need to be put through the ridiculousness which took place at Everwise that day. Mary Conner
