Centra Credit Union began when eight employees of the Cummins Engine Company came together to find a convenient place to save their hard-earned money while having access to low-cost credit. This foundational principle of "People Helping People" led to the growth of Centra Credit Union and is still at the center of who we are. As a not-for-profit financial institution, our profits go back to you in the form of cash rewards, better rates, and lower fees. - IDIsaiah DOct 31, 20251.0I come to this location just to deposit rent. Today I had a teller treat me differently because I’m not a customer, but my landlord is. In the past, I’ve had zero problems depositing my check to my landlord‘s account here . My name is even on their file of someone that can deposit checks into my landlord’s account. Apparently she wasn’t incompetent enough to look up this information that every other teller has had no problem doing . So when I tried to explain the situation to her she rolled her eyes and asked to see my ID. Which usually is not a problem, but she rolled her eyes and stated, sir I’ve never met you before so I need to see your ID. Her tone and nonverbal’s were incredibly unprofessional. This process also took over 8 minutes which usually it takes about a minute to do with other associates. I called the manager to make a customer complaint, but you just go to voicemail. I called the national service and you have to be a member to even file a complaint. And then I see on this thread that The store manager will just send you a link in order to contact to make a complaint, but none of those are ever answered by anyone. I know that completes their services at this location. How are you supposed to improve customer service when you don’t have an avenue for customers to voice any complaints that are justified? I will not be going to this location anymore, and I’ll be darn sure to make sure no one else goes here as well due to the fact that they do not prioritize customer service on any level whatsoever..
