- LZleah zoomSep 19, 20251.0Took over a month to get my debit card, was told overdraft protection was on my account it’s not, was charged for checks that I was told were complimentary. Then after all that, I was just charged $20 for an overdraft that didn’t exist, they literally said “oh yeah you never had a negative balance so that’s our error. We will give you A COMPLIMENTARY fee reversal AS IF I was not being charged incorrectly.

He also took the extra mile to make sure I felt as a priority. Thank you Joe! You’re good at what you do
