This was supposed to be a savings account. Wth! we talked to our agents at Morgan Stanley and Sanctuary both said this shouldn't have happened. EVER! too bad we used these thieves before we went to our other financial advisor. If you want 529s go to Morgan Stanley they are amazing and they have made us 95k this year!
