    HORRIBLE BANK BEWARE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE EXTORTS MONEY and posts debits before credits charges fees on PENDING TRANSACTIONS. The ONLY BANK I have EVER heard of in my life that charges fee for PENDING transactions. The ONLY Bank I’ve ever heard of that posts Debits BEFORE Deposits. Heard of DIRECT DEPOSIT yeah that’s WHY we have it DEPOSITS are supposed to post FIRST. Every bank I have EVER done business with NEVER charges fees on PENDING transactions when they HARD post YES but NEVER on something that is pending. Every Bank I’ve ever known posts debits before credits. A SNEAKY WAY to get more fees. Three transactions DEPOSIT 132.97 5/6 Debit 54.03 PENDING 5/5 Debit 7.07 PENDING 5/5. ALL HARD POST ON 5/6 but because KEY BANK HARD POSTED THE 54.03 on 5/6 when it actually POSTED before MY DEPOSIT they charged me a 38.50 NSF FEE on 5/7. STOLE my money because of their SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. How can you even PROVE the transaction is legit until it HARD POSTS. Second time they have done this in 6 MONTHS and I am DONE. You want to treat your customers this way and EXTORT money out of them go ahead and do it to everyone else but not me anymore. I will tell EVERYONE I know to NEVER do business with your bank ever again. Perhaps you should have taken notice when you had to CLOSE so many branches due to LACK OF BUSINESS. Charging fees on pending transactions in criminal. Online retailers ALWAYS pre authorize a purchase to make sure it clears but does not ACTUALLY run the charge until the item SHIPS what if they never ship item or cancel an order and you charged a fee? A lot of ANGRY PEOPLE.
