I said that I needed an answer. I heard 'puh' on their end of the phone. Told me that like on a 11mth cd the penalty was 36 months of interest. WOW. My suggestion is to go to your local credit union or local bank. Even when I have gone in to make a deposit, they act like it is an inconvenience.
