- KDKristen DautermanNov 11, 20233.0The staff at this location are as competent and most are friendly. The downside is that their hands are tied by their corporate office’s bureaucracy. The fact that they have recently been bought by a larger bank that is changing their other banks they own to the Flagstar name does not increase my confidence that things will improve. I suppose if you want a large corporation that is all over the country and has no concern for individuals this is a good bank for you as the people who work at this branch are competent within the confines of their “rules”. This is not the case for me. May the odds be ever in your favor.
