- KFKenzie ForbesAug 8, 20221.0I called this particular branch and they forward my call after 30 min of being on hold at 4:30… so basically I call them at 4 and at 4:30 they forward me to the corporate number when they close at 5. I just tried to come in at 5:15 when they close at 6 to try and open a savings after I have had an account with them for 6 years and they don’t have the door open. The Ellettsville branch is way smaller and yet someone always picks up and I can enter 10 minutes before they close and they help and they are so sweet.
