As a first time home buyer I had many missteps and questions, but she was attentive and accommodating the entire time. She's extremely knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything that was happening in the process. She always responds promptly to any questions that I have and is a top notch communicator. I highly recommend her to any home buyers!
- KFKenzie ForbesAug 8, 20221.0I called this particular branch and they forward my call after 30 min of being on hold at 4:30… so basically I call them at 4 and at 4:30 they forward me to the corporate number when they close at 5. I just tried to come in at 5:15 when they close at 6 to try and open a savings after I have had an account with them for 6 years and they don’t have the door open. The Ellettsville branch is way smaller and yet someone always picks up and I can enter 10 minutes before they close and they help and they are so sweet.

This bank just doesn't stand out that much. It's a nice little Old National. It does a decent job at the upkeep. I just wouldn't expect that much from them.
