She educated me on online banking and opened a whole new, easier world of banking and tracking my spending and subscriptions for me. I was incredibly impressed. If I need to go into a branch for any reason, Ill be going to the Kirkwood branch and seeing Tayler. THANK YOU ONB and Tayler for making my expirence a good one. 10/10 would recommend

Proved to not only be one of the worst banking experiences that I've ever had but also to be one of the worst customer service experiences period. First, what the other reviewer has said is exactly true. Go here if you want the worst traits of a small town bank and a large impersonal bank all rolled together. With Old National you can look forward to: very limited ATM access, inconvenient hours, and a super aggressive fee structure coupled with probably the longest time for a deposit to process that I’ve ever experienced. Then there’s the customer service (of which this branch is the absolute worst). Not only is no one in much a hurry to help you, but a lot of the tellers go out of their way to avoid even acknowledging you. I can’t tell you how many times I waited in line and waited and waited…not because they were busy but because no one seemed interested in helping. I also can’t tell you how many times very simple, reasonable requests (like wanting deposit envelopes) were met with stares. However, they will be sure to try to get to sign up for other services and credit cards at every available opportunity. Avoid this bank at all costs.

It has a unique combination of the costs of lack of scale (such as no international service and lack of robust ATM networks) and the most hideous big bank practices (such as hidden fees, and multiplying fees). I had an account that went dormant. They charged fees on the account until it was negative. Then they charged $10 a day for the balance having done negative -- as a result of their fees. Truly horrible policies. For a small, personal service bank People's State Bank is downtown. For a large impersonal bank, with slightly less hideous practices, Chase is also downtown.
