Customer service rep Roxceli, Raul made me feel very comfortable about being there but the branch manager Ms. Murphy could take lessons on customer service from Roxceli and Raul. She told me that in the future, I need to be there early in the day because when I have multiple transactions because now they are going to be late getting off. Its not what she said its the nasty way she said it. She couldn't/wouldn't make eye contact after that.

It was a very sensitive matter that I was trying to be light-hearted about. Mary made the transaction easy and stress-free. She was thorough and accurate and concise, to ensure that I would not need a return visit. I can't thank her enough. I love the Avon branch and it's because of employees like Mary Armstrong. I have been an Old National bankee for almost two decades and I couldn't imagine banking with anybody else. The lady at the front desk was delightful and the gentleman working the counter attentive. Such a great staff. Always a delight to do in branch business with Old National at the Avon location.

Her name is Jeannie Murphy and she showed racism in this matter as she was no help didn’t want to answer why or what happened. She lied to the cops and got me trespassed. She seemed to be more favorable to people who are the same as her and treats minorities like me like we are a piece of trash. I was told by old national client care to go talk to the bank manager I drove 30 mins just to feel belittled and have fraudulent check cashed. Please avoid old national as every branch I’ve been to has been the same. No help no nothing
