Customer service at the Auburn Grandstaff location is hit or miss on how rude they are on the phone, they do not offer any way to deposit cash off site, they will never complete a mobile deposit in a timely manner, and every electronic transfer is delayed as long as possible. It will take them 3 days to transfer money electronicaly to an external account, every other bank I have ever used or seen it will happen instantly, lastly the app is about 5 years behind ANY other bank you choose to use. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that sets them above any other major institutions, if anything they are drastic steps below. Do not waste your time and do not fund this subpar organization. Any other option available in Auburn is better.
