  I have banked with key bank for over 5+ years, here recently they're really slacking. I'm not talking about a specific location. I'm speaking in general.... I just had an issue where I went to pull some money off of my card... It was declined, so my first thought is to check the balance in my account. (I knew I had the money) But just in case I check anyway. I go online and it tells me that the site is down for maintenance. So I call key banks 1800 number and ask them what's going on. At this point it's Midnight on a Saturday I drove with my family 2 hours away from home. In the middle of nowhere and of course the hotels only accepting cash at the time. The representative tells me that it was scheduled maintenance and I was for sure notified. (In which I responded I never received notice of any kind about any maintenance) My next question was how long is this maintenance to last? Her response was 2 A.M. Two hours went by of waiting so I call back...I talk to a Supervisor at this point it's about 2:30 A.M and I ask the same question how long is this going to last? She says at 2:27 A.M she received a message from maintenance that systems would be up and going by 3:00am. At this point it's 2:55 am and I'm just waiting until 3am hits so I can see if everything is up and going the supervisor hung up on me. So at 3:30 I call for the final time and speak with the same representative that hung up on me previously, long story short she says at 8 am everything should be up and running. Like I told the supervisor I know I'm not the only one feeling frustrated about this situation because I can hear others calling in with the same frustrations.(Her response was yes a lot of customers are calling in) All I know is keybank is very wrong. I will be closing all accounts I have with key bank. As well as seeking legal advice.

  Teller's were helpful but the manager there was beyond rude and unapologetic through my turmoil with the company. The top notch manager at Angola KeyBank actually had the nerve to hang up on me and not explain any part of the situation. I called him back cussed him out. He deserved it! I have never liked banks but I have never been treated the way I had been treated here at the Angola KeyBank. Shame on you Gene. You won't have a job for much longer treating people the way you treat them.

  No elevator here, as one is not needed. However, the customer service is usually really good. The staff is pretty helpful and knowledgeable.
