- KEKody EdwardsSep 15, 20251.0My wife and I recently went in to open a business account for her massage therapy practice, which she is in the process of launching. We arrived around 4:20 p.m. and were asked for documentation that we thought we had but didn’t. After stepping out to our car, we located the missing paperwork and returned. The gentleman assisting us, Cody, was outstanding—professional, courteous, and very easy to work with. Unfortunately, another employee created a very different experience. She was dismissive, whispered comments within earshot, and made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. I understand it was near closing time, but professionalism means providing the same level of service to the last customer of the day as the first. As a General Manager in the auto industry, I know firsthand that poor treatment of potential clients is unacceptable. If this was one of my sales staff, I would fire her on the spot for the blatant disrespect. Sadly, this interaction left my wife in tears of frustration and resulted in us choosing to take our business elsewhere. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this branch.
