- ZTZach TurnbowSep 27, 20251.0This bank has staff that is poorly trained, I told them at the creation of my account that I wanted no paper statements but they never switched me over. I then wanted to close the account and they said they would close it over the phone but never did. They fought me on each charge and in the end said they wouldn’t refund me my money for the charges that occurred on the account when the account was supposed to be closed. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. Horrible staff and horrible practices.
