The lady I had the appointment with was busy with a custom but she directed me with Eva , the assistant branch manager , and she was so nice and helpful. She was so amazing to work with. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed . While I was waiting for my paperwork , a gentleman came by and gave me a welcome bag with goodies inside . Very thoughtful . I am going to open a savings account as well because of the overall interaction. I recommend so far :)

I walked in hoping to exchange some dollar bills for a birthday present for my nephew who is turning 6, and is super into money. I walked up the the teller line and Michele, who was rude and condescending immediately told me “no I’m not gonna look through my drawer for that or for you, no” with a extremely condescending smile on her face. I just wanted to give my nephew a fun birthday gift and Michele’s terrible customer service and horrific attitude ruined it and my morning. The bank was not busy, which I could understand saying no if it was, but I was the only person at the teller line. It was extremely rude and disappointing to see someone who just was simply lazy and didn’t want to do their job. Was thinking of switching from my major bank to this one since it’s close and convenient, but not anymore, and I will make sure anyone I know who is looking for a bank or needs a quick withdrawal to NEVER go to Wood Dale bank and trust as the employees are rude, condescending and lazy. I worked in banking for 3 years myself, as a teller, and I would have NEVER treated a customer like that. Michele is the worst
