You had to go to the bank to get the correct number to call. It took over 5 trips to the bank along with multiple phone calls before my personal account was right. Now for my business account we still have nothing but trouble. This bank is a joke. I cant wait for my husband to return back from out of state working so we can close and move to another bank.
