The purpose of my visit was to purchase euros for an upcoming trip. Karina, assisted me. She went above and beyond to explain thoroughly the conversion of the money and the denominations I was able to purchase. On this visit I also talked to Dave, one of the bankers about putting an alert on my ATM card while I was traveling. He also went above and beyond to make sure that he received all the information he needed to add to the system, so I wouldn’t encounter any problems. No matter which team member assists me I always receive red carpet service at Wheaton Bank. This is a happy place to visit. Keep up the good work.
