No matter what number I dialed I reached a call center in Rosemont where it sounded like the customer service agents were milling about the terminal at O'Hare. My agent's voice was garbled and very difficult to understand, but I could hear other people's conversations in the background more clearly. I heard banging sounds. Impossible! Really abhorrent customer service.
