  Very unprofessional, egotistic and sarcastic for no reason considering this is a place of professionalism. the management refused to let me make a withdraw for a purchase like this is their mother’s business. Being a member should mean there is a reason for refusal. Personal ego should never be brought to the work place, and everything in business should have a reason.

  For 10 years, I’ve been coming to this bank and they have always given me exceptional service. As of recently I had an issue where I needed coins and they went out of their way to help me out when they didn’t have to. I had been to three other banks that day who would not help me at all, some of which were rude about it, but these wonderful people really came in clutch. Thank you Wells Fargo staff!

  Definitely stay away from this location because they will go way out of their way to not help you and seem not to care at all. Literally stoped me right in the doorway and said can't cash a check from wells fargo and they are Wells Fargo. Could not offer any assistance or anything at all to help and caused some very serious issues for me that day/night....the kicker went to a different wells Fargo location the next day and cashed it no problems and they went out of the way to make sure everything was good. Which just showed that this location is useless.

  they will waste your time transferring your call from banker to banker because they are all too incompetent to go and find information on their own. please save yourself a headache.

  am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and service I experienced at this branch. What happened during my visit is completely unacceptable for any bank, especially one the size of Wells Fargo. First, the branch supervisor was dressed in a way that violated basic banking standards. He was wearing open-back shoes with no socks, which is clearly unprofessional and not in line with any bank’s dress code. This immediately set a negative tone for the entire interaction. Second, the supervisor spoke to me in a threatening and dismissive manner. While attempting to complete a routine deposit, he asked me whether I “wanted to take the check back and leave,” which is an absolutely inappropriate way to speak to any customer. I have deposited multiple checks at this branch before without any issue. Suddenly, this supervisor decided to enforce a “policy” about verifying a Chase check due to a limit — a policy that is neither consistent nor clearly explained. It appeared to be something he made up in the moment rather than an established procedure. Additionally, the atmosphere inside the branch was unprofessional. Several employees in the back were laughing, joking around, and acting as though they were “busy,” but clearly were not. This behavior made the entire branch feel unserious and disorganized. The supervisor himself kept bouncing around between employees, pretending to assist people with an iPad in a way that looked more like he was trying to look busy than actually helping. His behavior was unprofessional, distracting, and did nothing to inspire confidence in the service being provided. He even when I ask for his card acted careless and did not ask why I want it! Overall, this was one of the worst banking experiences I have ever had. The lack of professionalism, inconsistent policies, and disrespectful attitude from a supervisor are totally unacceptable. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed promptly.
