Jose the teller at this bank went above and beyond my expectations when I was using their coin machine ( BTY no fees being a customer already) I accidentally dropped a sentimental medialian. Jose took the initiative to open it that same day and retreats it for me. Amazing customer service and they know my name every time I come in. I get greeted by my name by Marlene.
