- MGManuel GuzmanOct 9, 20251.0Avoid this location all times the most rude. Stupid. Pathetic employees in customer service I ever had. I took a $20 bill that was accidentally washed in the laundry machine. I took it to the counter. The employees told me that they can’t accept it. It has to be mailed to the feds (Federal government) To exchange obviously, I wasn’t gonna do that that’s wasting more time and money. ( I did tell the Clark if they want they can test the bill to make sure it’s real. It is real I left in the washing machine.) so I went to a different Old national Bank, and they accepted the bill and exchange it for a brand new one. overall I would say (Avoid this location) 👎

They had great service but now they don't care. Awful. Went to a different bank and had no issue. They need to get trained how banking works. Pathetic

While the drive up window is left to one person which makes your transaction take longer then it should. I preffer going to the NoChi location.. yes i know its in the hood but they are always fast, have great customer service skills and they remember your name. Even the security guard waives from inside the lobby. Wish all FMW locations would be like that.
