- JLJim LoMonacoDec 18, 20251.0This location has very incompetent and unhelpful staff. Poor communication and follow up. Please understand that your cash is not available at any time. Came in to make a withdrawal and was told a manager was not in the office to approve it. Was i formed to come back the following day only to find there was still no manager. Asked to have the manager call me when they were in and no response. Been with them sonce Bank of Waukegan and then First Midwest. Old National is the worst. This location is also completely filthy and disgusting. Literal trash on the floor with 6 employees sitting around. Closing my accounts immediately.

I took a $20 bill that was accidentally washed in the laundry machine. I took it to the counter. The employees told me that they can’t accept it. It has to be mailed to the feds (Federal government) To exchange obviously, I wasn’t gonna do that that’s wasting more time and money. ( I did tell the Clark if they want they can test the bill to make sure it’s real. It is real I left in the washing machine.) so I went to a different Old national Bank, and they accepted the bill and exchange it for a brand new one. overall I would say (Avoid this location) 👎
