- BBBugattiAug 23, 20211.0This place as of today August 23, 2021 some (Tellers) and People are still being allowed to not wear a mask! Don't you know there's a MASK MANDATE, or you just DON'T CARE!!! The teller basically tells me, it's up to them and us, really?! This place really has gone down the pitts, there's always a lack of tellers, attitudes, and full of UNPROFESSIONALISM! Get it straight, even if you are vaccinated or not, you are not immune from contracting COVID again! Let's do our part and show CARE for others and you learn to be a role model Business! Why is the Gurnee branch so different from this one, they are on top of their game, and this one in Waukegan lacks it all!

As a business they don't have a Grey area .... This is the rules and that is how it is. There are fees for every thing ... No exceptions you get charged . Their clients don't realize that there should be a gray area. So they pay it. Greedy !! What happened to you guys you use to be a caring institution .
