- BRBob RossDec 4, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would, since the management changed service has been TERRIBLE. Those poor tellers look like they have no support, and the phones are always ringing. Its got so bad they lost one of the most caring and kind girls. I will no longer be doing business here. Management needs to go, she has no idea what she’s doing and her customer service is terrible. She does not care about the everyday person and it seems like she doesn’t care about her employees. ZERO STARS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I tried to sign up online and it required me to go into a branch to verify who I was- That took two tries because it was 15 minutes before closing and they said “come back tomorrow” we are about to close” If that wasn’t bad enough, I came back the next day: they couldn’t sit down at the table and take care of this, the same teller Jaquie was behind the counter had me sit down come to the counter go sit down come to the counter go sit down come to the counter… All this because they’re horrible app doesn’t work properly! Try to set up direct deposit and the one 800 number told me “ the app doesn’t do that” what ?! The only reason I went to this bank is because they’re offering an attractive sign up bonus. Now I doubt if they will even pay that out - this bank sucks from top to bottom.!
