  Good afternoon. I wanted to relay just how wonderful all the employees are and have been since I opened up my Wintrust account several years ago. Jordan has been one of my tellers inside for several years and he is always so pleasant and remembers me, and what I like. Vic, she's been here, I think less than a year, and she is always so warm and welcoming, and she remembers me too, as Jordan trained her very well! Purva, has assisted me a few times, when needed and she is always welcoming every customer in with a hello, how are you today, when we walk into the bank and is a delight to get assistance with! Jhovanna, is there a lot and she is so terrific at everything and she does everything to, from being a banker to helping to be a teller when they get busy! Finally, the wonderful VP of the branch, Angela, she has been here to, since I opened my account and Angela has always been so very dedicated to her customers and a great leader for the banks staff. She sure deserved the promotion to VP. Thank you all and I hope my message will be shared as employee recognition is vital in employee's knowing and feeling appreciated! Best, Keith Nathan.   It was such a pleasure working with Jhovanna yesterday. A true example of how customer service should be done and guided me with the answers and knowledge required. I've also worked with Angela, another superb example of customer service. Super sweet lady! In fact everyone I've worked with or interact with at this branch has been awesome. (Sorry forgot the gentleman (teller) and the other female banker but can't say enough about these employees! Feel like they can be your friend and add them to the Christmas card list. 😊 I would suggest this to Wintrust: 1. Would be nice to have an ATM in the lobby. 2. Would be nice to have the ATM allow the option to choose your bill increments. Thanks!

  I have been banking here ever since they opened. With minor exceptions I found them to be very good and I have no plans on switching.
