- CRC RAug 26, 20243.0I wish they would expand hours to begin before 9am and go beyond 5pm for people who work during those times. Even if they extended the drive thru hours by a half hour, it would be helpful. Also, it has a random watering hose during the summer that blocks the drive through, I assume some customers don’t want to drive over a blockade to enter a bank drive thru, that’s not very welcoming. Also, some of the employees at this location in the drive thru seem super bored and not positive. I’m the one who usually has to be the professional who leads the interaction and I’m not the one who works there. Also, sometimes mail carrier chats at the window blocking the lane I use (see photo here), to me it doesn’t seem very secure to have walk ups to a bank drive thru this isn’t really setting a good example. Update December 2024: I have had employees here give the wrong amount of cash back before which is sad, please be more careful. And to customers, I recommend checking your envelope before you leave the drive thru.
