- JKJennifer KureckiJun 11, 20251.0Old National bank over drew my account with ‘inactivity fees’ on an account I wasn’t able to transfer money into. It took nearly 3 weeks to get a return call from the manager whom was less than helpful. I lost $300 dollars in fees that they will not be refunding. Do not bank with them, they are predatory and difficult.

I waited on the phone for 4 hours only to be disconnected. I was locked out of my accounts after 3 on-line tries. I cannot change any of my bill accounts to add the new routing number until I am able to get on-line. I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible.
