- JKJennifer KureckiJun 11, 20251.0Old National bank over drew my account with ‘inactivity fees’ on an account I wasn’t able to transfer money into. It took nearly 3 weeks to get a return call from the manager whom was less than helpful. I lost $300 dollars in fees that they will not be refunding. Do not bank with them, they are predatory and difficult.
- WMWanda McGeeJun 2, 20251.0I only gave one star because I can’t give anything less! I walked i to this establishment today to get a cashier’s check and withdraw cash. I have waaaay more than enough money in my account to cover what I wanted. The teller asked me for my license and another piece of ID which I only had the license. I have NEVER EVER had to use two pieces of ID to get a withdrawal from either of my accounts. Upon entering I was NEVER greeted at all by anyone in the bank, then to get asked for another form of ID was totally absurd!! I will be addressing this issue to corporate as well as I feel this was about the color of my skin. Yes I am African American, but that money in your establishment is mine and when I need it I expect to be treated just like your other customers who were greeted with smiles and told to have a great day. I went to my regular Old National Bank and made the transaction with NO problem at all! And with ONLY my drivers license as ALWAYS when I go there. I was also greeted upon walking in by the same race of people of the bank who refused to acknowledge me at the Tinley Park Illinois bank! Thanks for absolutely NOTHING! And I will NEVER EVER step foot in that location again!

I waited on the phone for 4 hours only to be disconnected. I was locked out of my accounts after 3 on-line tries. I cannot change any of my bill accounts to add the new routing number until I am able to get on-line. I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible.
