She was friendly knowledgeable told me she’d be there for 15 years and started work and a complicated reimbursement issue. Solved the problem with higher headquarters, and reimbursement received expected. Walking into this branch was completely different so walking into one in a further south suburb of Chicago where I was made to feel unwelcome and a bother to them. I will never go back to the other branch, but will drive the additional distance to deal with Maria and her staff. As a businessman, I know how important customer service is and it is a reflection on the local manager who in this case who is Maria thank you Maria good job God bless Only complaint is getting through on the telephone is very difficult because they obviously are very busy and have limited staff. But Maria was good at returning calls and following through.
