- RCRich CalhounSep 19, 20251.0Trying to open an account using a FDIC insured cashier's check from the US government and its been an absolute nightmare. Have went in personally to check a couple times and just get told conflicting stories everytime. Shady and awful customer service. Ill be closing my account immediately. Incompetence at its finest. Edit: branch manager reached out to me today (shocker) shouldn't have to be this difficult. Time will tell if its lip service or genuine. 12 days and counting and my cashier's check hasn't been deposited into my account. Makes u wonder what they're doing with ur money... went on vacation and had my card hacked and they refuse to refund any of it. DO NOT GO HERE
