    This is the worst bank I have ever been to. Came here to get my mom added to my grandpas accounts multiple times and no one could figure anything out . The bank manager just walks in circles like a confused little boy. I asked him what he was doing and why he couldn’t help us and said “well they might need my help”…..he’s literally not helping anyone . Do not waste your time here . I work at a bank and I will tell you choose a small community bank over these large corporations that don’t know what they’re doing .

    Every time I go to this branch there is ALWAYS a problem. This time their computers are down. They have the slowest customer service EVER. They won’t accept cash for credit card bills. They always give me a hassle. They want me to go to Walmart and get a money order to pay my credit card bill.

    Slowest Citibank branch I've ever experienced. Waited 30 minutes for a teller to open up. Plus after making my deposit, the slip didn't even show my balance like EVERY other deposit slip I've gotten from Citi has. Never again. I'll drive 15 minutes out of my way to avoid this place and still save time.

    Worst bank ever . People never answer the phone here when they aren’t even busy and no one is even in the bank I seen it myself . Unprofessional workers and they don’t even know what they are doing in there
