About

Bank
We're a community bank whose roots are right here in the heartland with the Drake family. The Drakes, who came to Central Illinois in 1852, have been in banking since 1920. With the third generation of the family taking an active role in the banking business, we continue this tradition. Banking is personal. We build strong customer relationships by getting to know our customers and understanding their needs. The phrase "small enough to know you, big enough to serve you" is what Heartland Bank is all about.

Patty needs better customer service training. She displays defensive body language and short speech when a customer explains they don't have any history of communication from her. She is silently dismissive and lacks skills needed for empathetic customer care.
