But when I came back asking to get help with amending some taxes from previous years, this place has been terrible. I’ve been trying to get this done and have been communicating with them since May. Called this week after months of trying, including coming in person, and was told to come in today to pick up my taxes that need amended. Well I came in today and nobody is here. Drove an hour, just for no one to be here. Google says they close at 5pm and I got here at 4:30 and nobody is here.
