- JRJan RJun 6, 20242.0Don't pay your county real estate tax bill here because they don't know what happens to your payment. The amount was never deducted from my bank and they said call the Tax Collector because all they do is collect the money. You're better off mailing a check.

I had to answer some crazy questions that they pull from public records that could be wrong like did you live on random streets etc..and if you don't answer one right they refuse to help you. You can't give other relevant information to prove your identity like maybe info that's current not from 20+ years ago. Now I have to go to the bank directly to prove my identity. I am definitely moving my accounts to a bank who values their customers.
