- BCBen CebulakJul 12, 20221.0Terrible customer support. Every time I've reached out for support they don't give me a direct answer and give me the workaround. For a company that is managing people's assets this is not the way I'd expect to be treated in this day and age. For example I reached out to support to give me guidance on withdrawing money from my HELOC. Instead of providing me the solution and taking care of it for me they directed me to a 1888 hotline where of course no one answered and I left a message and haven't heard anything back. Pretty horrible.
