  Worst citibank location. Tellets are nice but god forbid if you ever have to see a banker, it can be a nightmare. Decides to qrite review after multiple bad experience. They don't know what they are doing tjat causes yiu so much hastle later on.

  💖 their 24-hr ATM. I've use their counters once since they moved to this new location & the wait was short, the staff courteous.

  Longtime loyal Customer means NOTHING nowadays. I used the ATM to make a payment on my credit card account 2-12-2016 and had the same issue in January. After inserting my Credit card it pulls up my account ending in **** and I chose to make a payment, then ATM prompts to insert cash, I insert the cash, one 20 dollar bill. The ATM machine then proceeds to beep over and over and then prompts me to insert my card again. OK. But I have been given No Receipt of acknowledgement that it took my previous 20. Last time this happened in January it showed two separate 20.00 bills paid in so, I shrug and do it over again and it gives me a receipt the 2nd go round, but only it now shows the 2nd 20.00 Bill I put in, but showing nothing for the 1st. I call Citi Cards to verify my account is credited and the rep only notes just the 20.00 was paid. HMMM, what happened to the First 20.00???? Seriously!? The ATM took it after having to scan my CARD to display the account so there is a record electronically that my account was accessed from that ATM, BUT The rep notes they are unable to do anything about it, can't issue a credit to me as they did back in January and to talk to the branch personnel, Branch personnel say call Citi cards as they can't do anything, but they go to "check" the machine to find my first 20.00 bill. Nothing, it's gone. This is the 2nd time this has happened so I called Citi Cards to Close my Credit card account since NO ONE can find out what happened to the 1st 20.00 bill I inserted into the ATM. They gladly point to use the ATM but want to take no responsibility of it when something doesn't work. Personally I will NEVER go back to this branch nor use their Credit cards again. Customer lost for life.
