- MMMiki MotoSep 14, 20251.0Awful. When i opened my account the staff were so friendly. However when I tried to close my account a couple months later, they made all kinds of excuses asking me to come, and if I had an appointment. No I don't have an appt why should I. No bank requires appintments.

I unfortunately live close to this branch otherwise would never visit them! Other branches are so good to visit but this branch really need new and welcoming employees. Especially the ABM.

- DJDeleana JohnsonMar 19, 20191.0Walked in the bank to change a hundred dollar bill from my house on oakton and was considering opening an account for my daughter when a young lady at the counter quickly asked me if she could help me and I asked her for change at first when she gave me a nasty look and asked me if I had an account there because we dont give change if you dont have one...I happily turned around and left, knowing that I was considering opening an account there sickens me because I would never patronize a business that would treat anyone that way and I will be assure to let all my friends in skokie know the same.
