Today, I was the only car and they were talking. I pushed the call button after 5 or 6 minutes, and the lady that came to the window was chatting it up with other employees. I'm an original customer of Bridgeview Bank since 2005. I don't want to leave because of my lengthy time. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER. Put your customer first and chat with coworkers when you don't have a line of customers. Thank you.
- JMjames mcgrewJul 6, 20242.0Every time I go to this bank in Shorewood off Rt 59, I leave with a foul taste in my mouth. Some of the most rude and nasty tellers at this location. They pick and choose who they will say hello to or literally say nothing. They never say is there anything else you need of a simple thank you. Well let me rephrase that. I hear them saying thank you or is there anything else you need to select people. I only use this location when I absolutely have to and I live a few blocks from here. I will usually use the bank on Jefferson st in front of the Jewels food store where they are much more welcoming to EVERYONE.
