Today, I was the only car and they were talking. I pushed the call button after 5 or 6 minutes, and the lady that came to the window was chatting it up with other employees. I'm an original customer of Bridgeview Bank since 2005. I don't want to leave because of my lengthy time. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER. Put your customer first and chat with coworkers when you don't have a line of customers. Thank you.

- BHBow HunterJul 13, 20221.0This merger with OLD NATIONAL BANK IS THE WORST I HAVE SEEN IN 46 YRS NOTHING WORKS!!! I AM DONE!!! Do you know what is sad I have tried to work this out but to no avail. Their employees do even know their own software system. There accounting practices are terrible they cannot even tell you the correct amount in you business accounts They even have a hold on money on your accounts but they cannot tell you what it is for. Bank of America here we come by the way if you like sitting on hold with support this is the bank for you!!
