  Im trying to open new account my apoitment was between 1pm 2pm I was there at 1,30pm they say we don't have enough time to open it they don't want my money never I will comeback on this branch they don't receive even 1*

  Went in on a Saturday to open a joint account with my husband. We work opposite schedules, Saturdays being the only days we see one another and can get anything done. We made an appointment for a Saturday in 2 weeks. Thursday before the appointment, my husband gets a voicemail from the banker that he won’t be available and to reschedule on our schedule. Multiple attempts at a call back to both banker Issac and to the branch itself…. Not a single answer. This bank is unprofessional to say the least. Just another review to add to the multiple red flag reviews.

  I was helping my mother open up an checking account. she went and met with an Agent aka Banker Named BRIA, she spoke down to my mother while i was on the call. Only because she did not know her email and was not tech savvy, she then refused svc and said she did not feel ok opening account. lady was rude did not know how to help and was speaking down to my mother pretending to say she did not understand. all while the manager was spanish and could have helped and did not want to help. Manager Omar just pretended he did not speak spanish. bad service Manager said he did not speak spanish yet he helped out in past in spanish .
