- BRBeck RCDec 6, 20251.0I’m extremely disappointed with the way my bank handled an unauthorized transaction that occurred in a foreign country. I reported the fraud immediately and submitted all requested proof—three separate times—yet the bank still failed to protect me or resolve the issue in my favor. Despite doing everything a responsible customer is supposed to do, I was met with delays, repeated requests for the same information, and ultimately a refusal to acknowledge clear evidence. This experience has made me lose confidence in the bank’s ability to safeguard my accounts or support customers when it matters most. A bank’s job is to protect its clients, especially when fraudulent activity is reported promptly with documentation. Unfortunately, this institution did not do that for me. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their fraud-handling process, because the current system leaves honest customers vulnerable and unheard.

We work opposite schedules, Saturdays being the only days we see one another and can get anything done. We made an appointment for a Saturday in 2 weeks. Thursday before the appointment, my husband gets a voicemail from the banker that he won’t be available and to reschedule on our schedule. Multiple attempts at a call back to both banker Issac and to the branch itself…. Not a single answer. This bank is unprofessional to say the least. Just another review to add to the multiple red flag reviews.
