- CRC RJul 1, 20253.0Review written 07/01/2025. Have been there a few times and each time the same bank teller was very confused by my checking deposit slips I sent through the tube. I asked for $20.00 back in quarters and she thought I wanted $200.00 back in quarters. Also another time she thought I just wanted checking deposit slips but no actual transaction. There were no other customers around inside or outside, simple basic transactions should not cause that much confusion. However it is nice to have a branch of Heartland Bank up in the Chicagoland area. Also this branch features a 24 hour automatic teller lane, have not tried that out yet to see the features though.
