  Today around 4.30 pm i stepped into this branch and to my disappointment i had to wait at the counter for about 5 min while 3 employees ( branch manager included Mr Michael) were yelling at me that someone will be right there :) there were no other customers in the bank at this time , yet they make me wait for 5 long minutes ! It would’ve make sense if they were actually assisting other customers but it wasn’t the case , and when I expressed my frustration with Mr Michael ( as he introduced himself later ) he just just got defensive, mumbled something, trying to explain me how busy the three of them are doing a “transaction “ .. funny .. no worries Mr Michael with AI being introduced it will NOT take three employees to finish a transaction.. guaranteed!!!! Then when I finally got a very nice young lady to help me he came and stood like an overprotective father behind her while she was finishing up my transaction, it’s when I asked if he’s the branch manager .. he confirmed.. “outstanding “ I replied, moment when he actually start being more sarcastic and condescending with me … still thinking that he was right and I should’ve been more patient because of how busy they were:)) Again .. not a soul in the bank ! With this attitude and with what’s happening on the job market I’m confident you won’t have this job for long sir ! Avoid this branch dear customers, since even 30 min before closing time they just can’t catch up with the work load they have. My apologies sir for disrupting whatever important transaction that takes three employees to complete , with all the services banks offer on line how did I dare stepping into a branch .. at this hour ! It won’t happen again .. it’s a promise !

  Worst customer service at this location. For 5 min job, Banker asked me to wait and 1/2 hr he didn't showed up or no courtesy to tell us that we will have to wait more. When I asked him how long it will take, he told me another 20 mins and he was rude saying I am helping customer so you better wait. Very poor service , no value for customer time.
