  I went to open a business account. Firstly the manager, Mohammad Ali is so arrogant and disrespectful to employees and customers both. He doesn’t know how to talk. I went in at 4PM waited for almost 30 mins and some other woman came in to help, later he can around 4:45 and bank was closing so he made and excuse saying bring the signed lease so I can open account. MF doesn’t know that we don’t need a lease to open a bank account. Simply he didn’t wanna work. Worst branch manager ever. Avoid working with Mohammad. I went to branch in Lake Zurich the next day, they were super polite and opened my bank account without any problem with the same documents.

  I bank here, I work my direct deposit from my Job was added as a DDA refund, on mistake (I hope) . This was done so they could hold my funds for 5 to 7 days…(How do you hold a direct deposit from a Job) How can a mistake happen like this??? when I called the corporate number they give you the run around. I called several times ,the young lady by name of I eesha, directed me to a local branch… but remind you this is corporate I am calling..?? The headquarters…I called the corporate number again and , I eesha answered my call again, I told her I didn’t get anyone at the branch she transferred me to… she then states she would have her supervisor return my call, that she forwarded her my concerns.. I never received a call back..I called back again, I got another actual nice representative, she called card services and they said they checked and they see I have those direct deposit all the time that someone just made a mistake and added it in the description as a DDA refund..They assured me I would still be able to use my account.. I tried to use the funds and it keeps declining ALL my transaction when I am trying to pay my bills…
