- JMJerzy MarszalekJul 1, 20255.0My wife and I have been customers of Heartland Bank & Trust Company in Sandwich, IL since 2019 after we switched from another bank. Our experience with this location has always been very positive and they have been very helpful on any number of occasions. We both like the personal treatment we get by being called by our name when we walk in and/or when we drive up. I have learned to call the individual tellers by name as a courtesy to them as well. Many of the original personel have since been exchanged out with new personel taking their place. I'm trying to learn their names too, but not all of them wear their name tags clearly displayed with their name. This would be very helpful for me. Other than that we really, really like Heartland Bank & Trust and it's employees.

Even though they are growing, they still have the small town bank feel where they know everyone and every situation to make the banking experience great.
