- CCCelesteAug 22, 20251.0Very poor customer service by Shelina Andani. Gave wrong information did not explain their process on new money . Attempted debiting various joint accounts without explanation. Cannot be expected to understand banking terms without explanation. Also I was told that my son had to docu-sign this account and since he was on vacation hiking this was an inconvenience .found out he did not need to sign a renewal . Also never was notified that the cd was renewing .All together poor communication and customer service. Then when I asked to cash a check she said go to the cashier. Actually very rude in addition to poor customer service . .
