Timid staff that do not project their voices behind the plexiglass that's still at their desk from 2020. Not with the times. Not competitive. I do not recommend.
- SMSue MMar 7, 20221.0The drive thru is the worst! Rude employees that do not have any interest in helping you. The button that says press for service, they like to ignore that button. I waited for her to ask what I needed but it never happened. When she sent back the tube with my receipt (which was incorrect since she didnt respond to my service request) she very quickly said have a good day and that was it. I told her I needed my request taken care of, she says hold on and gets the "manager" who also is clueless because she told me the reason the employee didnt do what I asked was because I didnt write what I wanted on the slip! Really??? POOR EXCUSE! She didnt know what I wanted, because she didnt ask, AND I never had to do what this "manager" told me I was supposed to do. The rude employee finally did what she should have and sent it back without saying one word to me. The rudest people I have ever dealt with at a bank!
