I was seeking to buy my siblings shares of the home to become the sole owner. Amalia Gonzalez was the loan specialist who helped me, and she was incredible! She was so kind and caring, and a lot of fun to interact with! She walked me through the complicated process and constantly followed up with me. I faced several issues along the way that threatened the great interest rate Amy got for me, but she was always able to work things out, and in the end I got the rate I wanted and a loan with great terms. Had an auto-loan refinanced here via RefiJet, and their due dates are setup to force late fees and return check fees, even though I pay manually before my due date. I tried calling customer service, and ended up getting dropped the first time I called, and then transferred and lost in limbo being transferred to an account manager. Absolute scam Edit: They switch your auto pay even with nothing setup, and cost me $30 in their fees and $30 in overdrafts from my bank - you can't just remove a checking account.
