He has done the exact same transition before,There was absolutely no reason for him to be denied of this service. Wells Fargo has a long discriminatory history that will keep repeating so avoid yourself some pain and don’t go to this bank. Yes, after they respond to this message with an email I will send them my complain but we all know this will keep happening.

I called customer service and they explained that this cannot be a reason for a denial of service. I conclude that I have been discriminated against because of my ethnicity and my status as an immigrant. It is unacceptable.
