The woman that helped us by notarizing some documents in the AM (I can't recall her name, but she has a desk right by the door) was pleasant and helpful. She also patiently spent quite some time answering my questions about savings bonds. I came back in the afternoon to access my safe deposit box and Kelly helped me. She also was pleasant and helpful.
