To make matters worse, he charged me a $150 fee, which I later realized he pocketed for himself—something completely unethical and unacceptable. It is deeply concerning that such misconduct occurred during the application process, and I expected better oversight and accountability from both Best Buy and Citi Bank regarding how their credit products are being promoted and processed.when I tried to call Citibank customer service I kept getting placed on hold and the line would get disconnected I can’t believe a big institution like this has horrible customer service representatives that can help the customer .

He was so helpful and answered all my questions. He checked my status and he can resolve my problem that I was so worry about. Sami was respectful and nice helpful.
