First, I was told that I needed to wait for over 30 minutes because the banker was opening a new account. I was then advised to come back in one and a half hours or to go to Niles or some other branch. I came back at the time that was suggested,i was the only customer inside, and still i was asked to wait again because they were concerned that i would create a line and make other customers wait.(still, there was no one else inside). Honestly, i wonder why i am still banking there but it wont be for a long time with this kind of service.
