- OOOniixDec 31, 20251.0They had me jump through all the hoops told me I was approved and I told them it was a loan to fix my car they said thats fine just bring in your license, title and registration and your good to go. I get there and some lady im not sure if it was the one who spoke with me throughout the process, says did you bring the car? I said no lol its a auto repair loan for my car, she said oh you have to have the car here. You would think I would of been told that at some point throughout the process but no and she spoke to me with the attitude like I was stupid for not knowing that (my first time getting a loan period i know nothing about the process) basically says your SOL kid have a good day, couldn't even say sorry for the misunderstanding. Worst experience of my life you shouldn't get people's hopes up like that you figure a loan for auto repair would be clear your getting your car fixed. If I could give negative Stars I would. I even have a email asking where I want my funds deposited worst most unprofessional place ever..

I have two payments left.
