She is always ready to help, greets everyone with a friendly smile and makes sure each teller’s transaction is done accurately. There is the reason behind why she is a Head Universal Banker. I would like to recognize Lorene Flowers for a great customer service experience who looked after my needs and made sure my account was credited with the bonus after numerous attempts to resolve this issue. She is always ready to serve customer’s best interest despite difficulties reaching out other departments who are responsible for administrative duties, which are not always done on time. These bankers are not anyone I would want handling any of my finances. While I was there 2 other customers were upset and having problem with their accounts. Many Banks are around pick one you can trust. Huntington or Chase are great choices! Ps. I did email your corporate headquarters. Great automated reply as well. Your bank is all class. How insincere. Anyone reading this please find another Bank that knows how to treat their customers!!
