  not sure how many times i have to verify my information but by the 4th damn time youve restricted my account despite repeatedly going to verify my information you can keep your damn account. the lack of communication between the departments is embarrassing and extremely inconvenient for the end user.

  I’m trying to post a separate review for another employee, but it looks like there is limit of one per account. Another employee who always looks after customers’ best interest is Kemika Lane. She is always ready to help, greets everyone with a friendly smile and makes sure each teller’s transaction is done accurately. There is the reason behind why she is a Head Universal Banker. Thank You as well for providing an excellent customer service experience and look forward seeing you growing within the CITI Bank by receiving more advanced position, which will fully utilize your potentials. I would like to recognize Lorene Flowers for a great customer service experience who looked after my needs and made sure my account was credited with the bonus after numerous attempts to resolve this issue. She is always ready to serve customer’s best interest despite difficulties reaching out other departments who are responsible for administrative duties, which are not always done on time. Thank You again for your hard work in solving my problem !

  Banking with Citi for over 15 years, lately The quality is at cero, bank accounts with extra charges. They are hiring people to answer business account questions that can’t answer the questions or direct people to the right place. Absolutely bad
